About Programs
In LaunchPath, everything is organized around "Programs," which define the participants, goals, methodology, resources, etc. of a particular innovation initiative.
For example, within a given organization, you might have multiple innovation programs segmented according to:
- Innovation goals (e.g. sustaining vs disruptive),
- Innovation types (e.g. product vs process),
- Innovation communities (e.g. intrapreneurs vs entrepreneurs),
- Organizational units,
- Etc.
Every LaunchPath account has at least one program, but with the "Business" and "Enterprise" editions of LaunchPath you are welcome to operate as many Programs as you wish.
You may access each innovation program you have been permissioned to access using the Program Selector drop-down list that appears at the top of the LaunchPath navigation bar.
