Administrative Roles, Responsibilities, and Permissions

There are five key roles involved in the administration of a LaunchPath corporate account, as follows:

Account Owners	Execute all LaunchPath service agreements	All Programs	Standard User
	Pay all LaunchPath service fees
Account Administrators	Authorize the addition and removal of Programs	All	Account Administrator
	Assign the Program Administrator(s) for each program
Program Administrators	Manage user access and permissions within their program	Programs specified by the Account Administrator	Program Administrator
	Authorize customizations of their program
LaunchPath Success Manager	Coordinates the execution of all change orders issued by Account Owners, Account Administrators, and Program Administrators	All	Program Administrator
	Inspects all changes implemented to assure conformance with client specifications
LaunchPath Implementation Team	Implements change orders authorized by the Success Manager	All	Database Administrator
